1. The number of families in the area that have a need for children to learn preschool education programs (ECE) according to the Montessori method;

2. Income and ability to pay tuition fees of families;

3. ECE programs of other vocational schools in the same area (size of children, tuition fees, services). This information is the basis for building ECE curriculum, making a difference and calculating the size of children and appropriate tuition rates.

Assess customer demand behavior from there to orient, create customer files as well as build and invest plans

Referring to effective preschool models in localities throughout the country and Kindergarten models applying internationally integrated educational curriculum (following Montessori method), Vindes experts designed a survey to work with functional departments, teachers, and parents of the school. At the same time, experts conducted a survey on the number of children, the ability of parents to pay, and preschools in the vicinity. Analyzing the survey results will provide a “matrix” of the current state of the school’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Accordingly, recommending solutions and implementation roadmap to overcome weaknesses, seize opportunities and overcome challenges.
