Ecopark University Town construction project
Urban Area Education/University:
In essence, it is a livable urban area, which effectively exploits educational, training and scientific research
activities to promote socio-economic development of the locality in particular and the country in general.
The Vietnamese government has a very clear policy in encouraging investment in university urban areas. Grasping that
trend, Van Lang Education Management and Investment Group Joint Stock Company (VLG) has decided to invest in
establishing Ecopark University Town (EUT) in Van Giang District, Hung Yen Province. On November 30, 2021, VLG
signed a consulting contract to research and develop the EUT University Urban Area with Vietnam Education Investment
and Consulting Company Limited (VECI), in which Vietnam Education Services and Infrastructure Development Joint Stock
Company (Vindes Group) is a partner to cooperate in implementing the project with VECI.
As a project consulting partner, VINDES Company will accompany VLG and VECI in planning functional areas, publishing
articles for architectural design, developing products and services to maximize the co-creation value chain in urban areas.
The project is divided into two phases, phase 1 is deployed on an area of 17 hectares, in which focusing on developing
education, trade and service subdivisions. Phase 2 will be deployed on an area of 13 hectares, focusing on housing
subdivisions and other value-added services.
The EUT University Urban Area project is expected to be a convergence of international knowledge elites, a place for
knowledge transfer, and strongly promote the Northern key economic region.
